Bench, Pull, Lift

Wow! This was so tough. Only took about 10 minutes but I was roasted after it. It involves 3 exercises and my goal was to get 40 repetitions of each exercise in 10 minutes or less. The key is the volume of work done in such a short time. The working intensity burns an insane number of calories because you are switching between major muscle groups. Total workout consumed over 300 calories in less than 10 minutes

The exercises were the Flat Bench, Pull-ups and Dead-lifts. I did each one in sequence for 3 rounds.

Flat Bench Press: I used 225 pounds and did 20 repetitions the first round and 10 each following round. Total repetitions was 40 and weight moved was 9,000

Pull-ups: I did 20 repetitions the first round and 10 each following round. Total repetitions was 40.

Dead-lifts: I used 225 pounds and did 20 repetitions the first round and 10 each following round. Total repetitions was 40 and weight moved was 9,000 pounds.
